RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that if you’re located outside the United States, shipping times for your return may vary.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately, and we will evaluate the issue and correct it.
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
